We like to point to modular mansions that are done in Greenwich, Nantucket, Darien, and even the Hamptons of Eastern Long Island. Homes in these areas are generally 5000 square feet all the way up to 16,000 square feet. These customers are very wealthy and can pretty much buy any home they want from any builder but their choice is modular construction.
